Due to ongoing system conversions, some landlords may encounter some minor discrepancies in their Housing Assistance Payment Contract for January. The HCVP team is working to resolve this issue and is conducting case by case analysis to ensure that payments will be rectified in February. Specifically, any participant receiving an underpayment in January will be appropriately credited in February. Similarly, any overpayments received in error for this month will be reconciled in the February payment.
