What is the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program?

The FSS Program is a voluntary program that is designed to assist families to transition from housing subsidy & other forms of welfare assistance towards economic self-sufficiency. Only federally funded voucher participants are eligible to participate in this program. If you are currently unemployed, you must be willing to seek and maintain employment after a contract has been executed.
